Take 1 tablet daily.

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) . . 1,000 IU

Other ingredients: dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium.

Allergy Information: This product contains Vitamin D from cod liver oil.

Precautions

Individuals using more than 2,000 IU’s of vitamin D per day should have their blood levels monitored. Large doses of vitamin D can cause hypercalcemia. Individuals with hyperparathyroidism or kidney disease are at particular risk.

Potential Drug Interactions

Vitamin D may result in hypercalcemia in certain individuals taking digoxin or thiazide diuretics.
