Food Science of Vermont is best known for its DMG, developed nearly thirty years ago, and still going strong under the direction of Dr. Roger Kendall. Five US Patents have been awarded to FoodScience for its DMG. Dr. Kendall has recently written a book about DMG, which is now known to be effective in supporting immune response, reducing the inflammatory response, and protects against cancer and stress-related disorders of all types.
